Question

Fellow voyager owners advice please. I have tried to remove the headlamp units but after removing the three screws lifting the plastic clip on top I still cannot get the unit out. I've twisted it all different ways to no avail, I gather there is a knack to it help? Secondly after the garage is satisfied that they sorted the cooling problem out ( which it isnt) I have to drive for a good 20 minutes to get a hint of warm air seeping into the vents, I've taken the glove box out but can't find the heater matrix to remove and flush. How do I get to it? Ta everso.

That Bl**dy top hose again with air in it. Has anyone ever fitted a vent valve on it. I vent mine at green connector hose at rear of cylinder head, highest point for air in head, but top up bottle is highest point. Getting air by thermostat to top up bottle is the problem.

In normal running it is normal at just under halfway but a run up the M62 last week at 70mph and it rose to 3/4 still little heat from heater. I backed off a bit and the gauge went down. The system was allegedly flushed twice, once when the garage changed the head gasket then again when they did the thermostat.
