Newbie question, I have recently bought an '04 convertible Limited and whenever I try to activate the heated rear window I hear a chime from the dash, but the 'tell tale' light doesn't illuminate. Has anyone had this fault and if so, how was it cured? I am presuming there is a faulty wire somewhere in the hood itself.
