Question

The fan comes on as soon as I turn the key in the ignition,so I press the power knob and shut it down because I don't want the battery to be under load.

It doesn't seem normal,is there an easy fix ?

Or maybe someone could point me to a thread where it's discussed.

That is abnormal, does the water temp gauge indicate right?

Also, if one of the relays, you asked about in the other post, is broken (shorten) the fans will start and stay always on until key is removed (I don't remember if it does it only with the engine on or even with just the ignition on.

Its the actual interior heating/cooling air temperature fan that comes out of the central console.

I turn the key in the ignition and before engaging the starter it comes on.

So I turn it off by pressing the dial/knob ,then the next time i go to start it comes on again.

I explained in post #2, also when you remove the key it resets, the same with the radio you remove the key with radio on mute and when you pit the key back in the volume is back on.
