Question

Hi,-new-today-after-some-advice-please,,---firstly-please-forgive-the-lines-but-spacebar-on-its-holidays!!!

Had-a-chrysler-voyager-2.5-LE-TD-diesel-2000-----since-about-a-year-ago.--Its-been-parked-up-since-I-bought-it.--never-used-it-on-road-so-far.....

Got-it-started-and-taken-to-my-mechanic-for-a-water-leak-somewhere-in-engine.-My-mechanic-had-a-look-at-it-and-said---there-is-a-water-box-in-the-middle-of-the-engine-with-four-holes-with-metal-seals-in...and-said-that-the-water-leak-is-probably-from-there..He-sealed-them-and-left-the-car-overnight..started-the-car-the-next-day-and-left-it-running-for-2-hours--all-seemed-well.-When-he-turned-the-engine-off-and-left-the-car-for-a-while-the-leak-reappeared..

He-said-he-is-not-too-confident-with-chryslers-has-never-worked-on-one-before-and-has-asked-me-to-ask-people-who-know-about-chryslers-what-the-problem-could-be-and-how-it-could-be-fixed?

Any-advice-would-really-be-appreciated!

Thanks-in-advance

A guess core [expansion] plugs, they [cup or domed] are there to stop your engine blowing up under extreme water pressure, bang a screwdriver through them and remove then replace and seal with gasket sealant - I've never known one leak in my life. :

Vauxhall & Ford agreed - I should have said """I've never known one leak in my life other than when people don't use antifreeze :"" or put insufficient in or leave it in until the pH balance turns acidic, becomes overcome with rust, and starts eating the engine from the inside.
