Grand Voyager Cuts Out!

Question

I’m new to this forum so apologies if this question has already been asked. I have a 07 plate 2.8CRD Grand Voyager that keeps cutting out. It will start and idle ok but as soon as I try to drive it, it cuts out (half way across the road is scary!!). After it cuts out, it takes a couple of minutes before it will start again AA have been out and suggested it could be the fuel rail pressure sensor. I had this changed and still the same Problem. Has anyone had the same and any suggestions what I can try next? There isn’t a main dealer anywhere near me so I can’t get them to read the fault codes. I’ve added a picture of the fault codes that the AA read.

Fuel rail pressure sennsor AND Bypass/over pressure valve. Certainly pressure fault but got to go a few places like possible air in fuel due to filter letting air I. Then there's possibly an injector spilling too much so spill test required. If you see to all this your engine should run faultlessly on and on....Well there is other things but.

If the fuel pressure fault comes up at the same time with anti theft fault could be the high pressure pump. There is a flow metering sensor attached to it, try testing that. Ctc replied to Zack's post with this fault solved by replacing that sensor( solenoid valve)

Hope it helps.
