Hi, whenever parts are replaced the wheel alignment should be done, same as when work on the wheel itself is done needs balancing again.

My guess is, by undoing bolts and nuts on the wheels support mechanism, it sets off by some degree the wheel, and the sensor will get the information that you drive on wet surfaces and skid off...as I said a wild guess but to me it make sense as I used to have it on few cars after work has been done on the supporting parts. Extra symptoms will be the tyre wearing on one side, and knocks on the brake pedal in some occasions made by the ABS system to help car "stay on track".

An error fault would help identify more into dept.

Hope it helps.
