Self-Levelling Suspension?

Question

I have been hearing a clunk from the back of my car and checked to find the rear shock absorber bush has deteriorated, I looked online for a new set of absorbers (or bushes) but am now completely confused as some ads say 'only for self-levelling suspension' and some don't say anything... How do I know if my car has it? Where can I find this info?

It's a 2005 Grand Voyager Limited XS 2.8 CRD

Bit late but as it's just become applicable to me, they will probably have a yellow sticker on the inside bottom, mine were made by "Sachs", also known as Nivomat self levelling shocks. I got a set of bushes from the helpful guys at JeepChryslerParts in London, £40.

The part number for the shocks on mine was 04743234AA
